This project is one that I have led as a team manager, managing a team of 6 software developers to create an AI Chatbot for ISO New England. My role in this project was organization of weekly team meetings, communication with the project supervisors, weekly team member evaluation, performing performance reviews of group members and overall management of the teams weekload using Github Errors as a form of task management in an Agile development structure.
